 2019年度香港三項鐵人優秀教練選舉結果出爐，感謝各位教練在過去一年於不同方面為三項鐵人運動發展作出貢獻。

以下為得獎教練名單：

我們一向致力推廣三項鐵人（三鐵）這項運動，青苗訓練計劃目的是為增加青少年對三鐵運動的興趣，透過有系統的訓練培養運動員有良好的體育精神。

如對青苗三項鐵人培訓計劃有興趣之參加者, 請詳閱附件。

有興趣之人仕，請於2020年6月30日或之前，以郵寄申請表（至：香港銅鑼灣掃桿埔大球場徑1號奧運大樓 1020室）及所需文件到三項鐵人總會。

三項鐵人基層發展計劃乃香港三項鐵人總會主辦，由康樂及文化事務署資助之體育推廣活動。此計劃的目的是增加公眾對三項鐵人運動的認識，提供基本三項鐵人訓練，鼓勵他們多參與三項鐵人運動。計劃內容包括三項鐵人同樂日、三項鐵人入門訓練班及中級三項鐵人訓練班等。

Selection Race Criteria

The Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong (SF&OC) has approved the quota of 3 men and 3 women to represent HK China for the aquathlon events of the Sanya 2020 Asian Beach Games. In reference to our email notification dated 7 April, 2020, the selection race is now confirmed to be held on 24 July 2020 at Plover Cove with a race distance equivalent to the individual race distance of the event. All eligible National Squad athletes who wish to be selected must attend the selection race and submit a copy of his/her China Travel Card by email by 22 July 2020.

Sanya 2020 Asian Beach Games events:

1. Individual race distance: swim 1000m / run 5km
2. Mixed relay distance: swim 300m / run 1.6km

Top 3 finishers of each gender shall be selected to represent Hong Kong, China at the Game.

The top 2 finishers of each gender shall be selected to race in the individual race. The mixed relay team members will be confirmed 24 hours before the mixed relay event.

The final name list is subject to the final approval of The Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong (SF&OC)

為回應近期香港面臨的艱難環境及屬會的要求，香港三項鐵人總會（本會）之執行委員會決定退還2020年度$1,200及免除2021年度之會費於已附合要求提交相對年份的屬會年度報告之屬會。

由於政府推行的《預防及控制疾病條例》中，對羣組聚集的人數實施限制令仍未取消。

本會原定於6月1日舉行之特別會議將未能如期舉行並會改期進行。

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held on the following date, and at the following time and place namely: -

for consideration and, if thought fit, passing the following proposed resolution(s) as:-

Special Resolution: Change OF ARTICLES of Association

THAT to ratify the procedural error regarding to the alteration of company’s articeles, and filing of Form NAA1 and the updated Articles of Assocations filed with Companies Registry on 26 November 2019.

AND THAT the regulations contained in the attached printed documents be and are hereby approved and adopted as the new Articles of Association of the Company, in substitution for, and to the exclusion of, the articles of Association of the Company.

Notes:-

A member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and on a poll vote on his behalf.  A proxy need not be a member of the Company.

The instrument appointing a proxy or attorney, if any, under which it is signed, or a notarially certified copy of such power or authority is requested to be deposited at the registered office of the Company not less than 48 hours before the time for holding the meeting.
