The 2022 Asian Triathlon Junior and U23 Championships Nur-Sultan will be held on 23 July in Kazakhstan. These selection criteria will only apply to Hong Kong Triathlon National Squad Members.

The Selection race will be held on 18 June 2022 at Hong Kong Sports Institute, athletes who are selected for our U23 and Junior Elite Men/Women will be fully funded. The race distance is 300m swim, 4km bike, and 2km run.
