Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

for consideration and, if thought fit, passing the following resolution as a Special Resolution:-

THAT the regulations contained in the attached printed document be and are hereby approved and adopted as the new Articles of Association of the of the Company, in substitution for, and to the exclusion of, all the existing Articles of the Association of the Company.
