**To facilitate the seating arrangements, if you have relatives/friends attending with you, please include their names on the transfer slip and in the Google Form.
If award winners are unable to attend the Annual Lunch cum Series Award Presentation Ceremony in person, they can collect their awards at TriHK office in office hour (Mon to Fri 10:00-13:00, 14:00-18:00) from December 9 to 20, 2024. No authorized third-party is allowed to receive the award during the Ceremony.
