YOUNG ATHLETES TRIATHLON TRAINING SCHEME 2023/24
AIM:
- To Arouse Teenagers' Interest To Triathlon
- To Foster Their Sportsmanship Through Systematic and Progressive Training
- To Promote Outstanding Athletes to Regional Squad or National Development Squad
Qualifications:
1. 10-15 Years old Teenager
2. Have good swimming, running skills and physical fitness, and basic cycling skills
3. Proof of the best time for the 100-meter swim and 800-meter run (if no proof is provided, they tested on the first day of class)
