Appeal Mechanism

Appeals concerning the selection process for representing Hong Kong, China at the Bahrain 2025 Asian Youth Games under the jurisdiction of TriHK, must adhere to the following structured escalation procedure:

1. Submit a written appeal to the Selection Committee within three (3) days of the official announcement of selection results.
2. The Selection Committee will refer the appeal to the Executive Committee for further review.
3. The Executive Committee will provide a formal response to the appellant within three (3) days of receiving the appeal. This decision will be considered final and binding.
4. The Appeal Board will be composed of four members: the President (Office-Bearer), the Treasurer (Office-Bearer), and one member of the Executive Committee and Triathlon Head Coach.
